For customers in the United States, click on our contact tab and complete the information on the form, click (SUBMIT) and will get a shipping label emailed right out to you.

Remember to:
1. Make a copy of your shipping label.
2. Get a receipt when you drop it off.
3. Check your package tracking results and contact us once it’s (Received).

CONFIRM YOUR ESTIMATE

Once we receive your equipment we’ll get it evaluated and send you a Quote via Email or Fax for you to confirm your estimate.

APPROVE YOUR REPAIR

Once you receive your estimate, you’ll need to complete the Approval Form and send it back to us via Email, Fax or Text to approve your repair.

Once approved, we will get started on your Repair Service.

COMPLETE YOUR REPAIR

Once we have received your Approval Form, we’ll complete your repair and follow it with multi stage testing to ensure your item is working properly.

Once it passes final testing, we’ll ship back to you.

RECEIVE YOUR EQUIPMENT

After final testing is completed, we’ll email your tracking information to you.

We’ll pack up your equipment properly and get it shipped right out.
